Niesamowita Sprawa is a band that began as a street duo performing original songs by Iskra – the band’s frontman – on the promenades of Poznań, the capital of Greater Poland, a region located in Poland, at the heart of Europe, roughly six and a half thousand kilometers from Montreal.

The band’s sound, built around acoustic instruments – guitar, double bass, mandolin, accordion, and a drum set – is hard to define. It's sometimes described as folk-punk-country-gypsy-reggae-shantycore, though the members prefer to call it simply songs.

It’s not strictly traditional Polish folk music, but drawing from many diverse inspirations, Niesamowita Sprawa definitely radiates with heart and energy.
